Sharon Weiss-Greenberg is a strategic nonprofit leader, fundraiser, and educator with more than two decades of experience strengthening Jewish life, community, and continuity.

She has led major initiatives across the Jewish communal landscape, working with universities, synagogues, advocacy organizations, educational institutions, and global nonprofits to expand impact, deepen engagement, and build sustainable futures.

A creative problem-solver and trusted advisor to leadership teams, Sharon has guided organizations through transition and growth, spearheaded successful fundraising strategies, and advanced missions with clarity and purpose.

She currently serves as Vice President of Development at The Next Step, an Israeli nonprofit dedicated to empowering amputees with rehabilitation support, dignity, and renewed independence.

Sharon holds a PhD in Education and Jewish Studies from NYU and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Columbia University. She lives in Israel and is passionate about strengthening Jewish peoplehood, advancing meaningful social change, and helping individuals and organizations turn vision into reality.
